This program is specifically designed to help small businesses in Manchester expand their business capacity and emerge stronger than ever.

With up to $10,000 worth of capacity building services, the 360 Business Success Program is the chance to give your business the boost it needs to thrive. From expert advice to targeted resources, we've got you covered.

Categories of Eligible Business Development Capacity Building  Services

Digital Presence: Social media, website

Branding: Brand guide, logo, color scheme

Advertising: Digital, print and social media advertising

Operational Support: Structuring operational priorities, recruitment, hiring and retaining new employees, help strategizing

Legal Support: Contracts and agreements, trademarking, copywriting, terms & conditions, pending bills, establishing “in good standing” status with City and State regulations

Financial Accounting: Profit and loss statements, tools for tracking (QuickBooks), audits from CPA

Licensing: Renewal of certificate with City, assistance with license applications 

Applicants who meet the program eligibility criteria may be awarded up to $10,000 in services to advance their small business. Applications will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling “first come, first served” basis.  

Eligibility Requirements 

  • Must be a for-profit entity with a physical establishment within the City of Manchester

  • Must be registered and in “good standing” status by the New Hampshire Department of State

  • Employ no more than 15 full-time equivalent employees

  • Must have less than $2,000,000 in gross annual receipts 

  • Have obtained all required business licenses and permitting from the City of Manchester

  • Have no outstanding tax liens or legal judgments

  • Have no outstanding City taxes and fees
