Led a regional transportation study engaging 500+ residents, informing workforce accessibility and mobility strategies in Greater Manchester.

Granite United Way

Delivered statewide studies on the health and sustainability of small nonprofits, engaging 250+ participants and informing the organization's 2024 funding model redesign.

Manchester Small Business Program

In partnership with the City of Manchester Mayor's Office and the Economic Development Department, DMC designed and facilitated a program that supported 150+ small businesses with $2.5M in direct capacity-building funding to strengthen sustainability and drive growth.

NH Community Loan Fund

Assessed economic challenges facing women- and minority-owned businesses, engaging 150+ entrepreneurs. Findings helped launch a grant program that has raised over $500K, with $250K+ already allocated to support small businesses across New Hampshire.
